Services

Five ways we take work off your plate. Every engagement starts with a free call, ends with a fixed-fee quote, and is delivered by the support team with Kris reviewing the numbers.

Service 01

Bookkeeping & BAS Preparation

Your books are the foundation. We keep them accurate, reconciled and current — so BAS is a scheduled event rather than a crisis, and every figure in your tax return is already supported by a source document.

  • Transaction capture and categorisation — receipts, bills, invoices and card spend sorted into the right accounts, reviewed by a person.
  • Bank and card reconciliation — every statement matched to the ledger, with differences explained rather than forced.
  • Payroll processing — timesheets, payslips and superannuation handled on schedule.
  • BAS preparation and lodgement — prepared with a reconciled ledger behind it, and filed before the due date.
  • Month-end reporting — profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, explained in plain English.
  • Fix-up work — bringing a stale set of books up to date and building the habit forward.

Reconciliation is source-document work, not a bank-feed export.

Service 02

Tax Return Worksheets

We prepare the working paper for your tax return from your bookkeeping data — organised, cross-checked and annotated, with the judgement calls flagged and explained. You take it to your registered tax agent, or use it as the basis for lodgement through whoever you already use.

  • Personal and company return worksheets prepared from your reconciled records.
  • Deduction review — a pass through your transactions to find the claims you have missed or forgotten to document.
  • Superannuation and help-payments checks — including Division 293 and private health rebate thresholds.
  • Business structure notes — sole trader versus company, and what the difference means for the numbers in front of you.
  • Loan and offset documentation — assembling what the ATO asks for before it asks.
  • Year-round tax planning — flagged as you go, so the position is not a surprise in April.
Scope note: Executive Support prepares tax worksheets. We are not a registered tax agent, and we do not lodge returns or give formal tax advice. Your worksheet is a well-prepared working paper for your registered agent — and we are happy to work alongside them.

Service 03

Virtual Assistant & Admin

The work that is not hard, but is always there. Hand it over and stop doing it badly on Sunday night.

  • Inbox and calendar management — triage, scheduling, and keeping commitments in order.
  • Document handling — filing receipts and statements, and maintaining a system you can actually find things in.
  • Customer and supplier follow-up — chasing invoices, confirming orders, keeping the pipeline warm.
  • Quote and invoice preparation — accurate, on-brand, and sent on time.
  • Data entry and cleanup — the backlog list, worked through systematically.
  • Bookkeeping back-office support — the records your accountant needs, gathered before they ask.

Support work, done properly and handed back clean.

Service 04

Marketing

Consistent marketing without a full-time marketer. We build the calendar, write the drafts, run the campaigns and report on what actually brought in work.

  • Content calendar — a plan you can see, tied to your offers and your seasons.
  • Copy and creative briefs — written to be edited and approved quickly.
  • Newsletter and social scheduling — drafts prepared, approved, scheduled.
  • Campaign setup and management — including Google Business Profile upkeep and local listings.
  • Website content updates — keeping pages accurate as the business changes.
  • Reporting — what ran, what it cost, what came back. No vanity metrics.

Marketing that a two-person business can actually sustain.

Service 05

Spreadsheet & Workflow Automation

Most small businesses run on a spreadsheet somebody built years ago and nobody dares to touch. We map it, rebuild it, and make the repetitive parts run themselves.

  • Workflow mapping — we document how the work actually happens before we change anything.
  • Spreadsheet rebuilds — quoting, job costing, inventory, project tracking, cash flow forecasting.
  • AI-assisted steps — classification, drafting and extraction where it saves real time, with a human reviewing the output.
  • Document and invoice automation — from inbox to ledger without re-keying.
  • Integration and handover — clean exports, clear instructions, and a system the next person can use.
How we use AI: as a tool inside a supervised process, not as a substitute for one. Every automated output is checked against source before it reaches your records or your clients.

Good automation is invisible: the work still happens, on time, every time.

Scope

What sits outside the scope

Being clear about the edges is what keeps a fixed fee honest. Here is what we do not do — so you are never surprised.

  • Registered tax agent or auditor appointments
  • Financial advice or product recommendations
  • Signing off on statutory accounts
  • Payroll tax returns filed as your agent
  • Business coaching or turnaround strategy

Where a task falls outside our scope, we will tell you on the first call and point you to the right person. It costs us nothing and saves you a fortnight.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe what has fallen behind and we will tell you the smallest scope that fixes it — including, sometimes, that you do not need us for it yet.
